No-Knead Bread | Made in my new Dutch oven pot

I’ve wanted to try to make my own bread now for 2 years. Honestly, it’s probably been longer than that. I finally kicked myself to give it a try!

Recently I bought myself a Dutch oven pot. I then saw a recipe on Pinterest that looked way to easy to do so of course I had to try it. With only 4 ingredients and a quick rising time (thanks to the instant yeast) this loaf was ready just in time for dinner.

INGREDIENTS:

3 cups bread flour

2 tsp instant yeast

2 tsp salt

1 ½ cups warm water

DIRECTIONS:

In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients using a spatula.

Once fully mixed, set the dough aside in its bowl, covered with a cloth. Let it rise for 2-3 hours.

Pre-heat oven: 445℉

After the 2-3 hours, dust your counter with some flour and gently take your dough out of the bowl and onto the counter. Fold the dough onto itself, coating the outer part with the flour. Grab some parchment paper, place the dough in the centre and gently place it into the pot.

Bake for 30 minutes covered and then 12 minutes uncovered.
