Spicy Ramen Snack

This takes about 7 minutes to make so it’s pretty easy for a snack or lunch. After watching many YouTube and Instagram videos…I’ve become obsessed with cheesy, spicy ramen. So random but I’ve been craving it almost every week. Not the healthiest little snack but it’s okay.

I’m using the Samyang Buldak Topokki - Hot Chicken Ramen Flavour

It is spicy…like you really need your water near by LOL. I don’t know how people do the 2x or 5x times hot version. Like I’d die. Anyways here’s what I put into my spicy ramen!

Enoki mushrooms - Green Onion + Mozzarella cheese

That’s it! Making the ramen is so easy. I add as much water as I want. I like to make it soupy but too much because I always like to enhance the flavour. Once my water boils I cook the ramen for 2 minutes on one side then flip it over for the rest of the cooking. In total I do 5 minutes. Once I flip my noodles I add the enoki mushrooms and green onion. I let all that cook with my noodles for the remaining 3 minutes. Once that timer is up I add in some cheese, stir it around and let it melt. Also it helps to thicken my soup. Once the soup is in my bowl I add even more cheese (no shame).

I love how chewy the noodles are. The crunch of the enoki mushrooms. And all the stringy cheese…my mouth is watering all over again dang it. I promise you that you’ll like it and you’ll be fully satisfied when your done.
